FAQ’s - General

Where are you located?

I’m located in Portsmouth, however for headshots/portraits i’m happy to travel to you & set up my equipment at no extra charge. All location data is deleted after the shoot.

Can I wear glasses?

Of course - it’s important that your photos represent you! If possible, please ensure that they’re anti-glare glasses as glare is extremely difficult to remove in the editing process.

Can I have the RAW photos?

This is not something I allow. Additional retouched photos can be purchased for a discounted price, see specific rates page for more details.

Will you edit my skin?

Yes - I will clear blemishes & skin. If you don’t want your skin/spots edited, please let me know when you make your selections.

FAQ’s - Session

How long will the session be?

it changes per session - sometimes we can be in & out within 30 minutes & sometimes it can take 90. See specific rates section for time limits.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Of course - you won’t lose your deposit as long as you let me know at least 48 hours before the set shoot time. If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable.

All Bookings (including sales)

Natural background photos are weather dependent. RAW photos will be sent back within 24 hours for selection.

Return time starts from after selections are made. Cancellations must be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours

before shoot date. Deposits will not be refunded if you cancel with less than 48 hours until your session is due to begin.

Deposits must be paid via bank transfer, the difference can be paid by cash or bank transfer on the day. Session time is a maximum, may not take full time.

Sales Only

Bookings must be made between Fri, 23 Feb 2024 - Fri 22nd March 2024 for the discounted price. Bookings made before or after this date must pay the full price of selected package. Shoot date must be between Sunday 25th Feb 2024 and April 30th 2024. Shoots outside of this period will not receive a discount.
